My question about the German Comic Con Spring Con is: What are the featured guests and artists attending the event? I'm interested in knowing which celebrities and creators will be participating in panels, signings, and photo ops. Additionally, I would like to know if there are any exclusive merchandise or special activities planned for the convention. **

A saddle pad with stirrups can be harmful if it is not properly fitted or used incorrectly. If the stirrups are not positioned correctly, they can cause discomfort or even injury to the horse. Additionally, if the saddle pad with stirrups is too thick or poorly designed, it can create pressure points and cause rubbing or chafing on the horse's back. It is important to ensure that the saddle pad with stirrups is properly fitted and used in conjunction with a well-fitted saddle to avoid any potential harm to the horse. **

Pro arguments are the reasons or evidence supporting a certain position, while con arguments are the reasons or evidence opposing that position. By presenting both pro and con arguments, individuals can weigh the different perspectives and make informed decisions on the issue at hand. **

Homemade chili con carne can be healthy depending on the ingredients and cooking methods used. Lean ground beef, turkey, or chicken can be used to reduce the fat content, and adding plenty of vegetables like tomatoes, peppers, and beans can increase the nutritional value. However, adding excessive amounts of high-fat cheese, sour cream, or using high-sodium seasoning mixes can make the dish less healthy. Overall, homemade chili con carne can be a nutritious and balanced meal when prepared with fresh, wholesome ingredients and portioned appropriately. **

Without further information or diagnostic testing, it is difficult to determine if the T-Con board is defective. The T-Con board can be responsible for various display issues such as color distortion, lines on the screen, or image distortion, so if you are experiencing these issues, it is possible that the T-Con board is the culprit. However, it is important to rule out other potential causes of the problem before concluding that the T-Con board is defective. It is recommended to consult with a professional technician to properly diagnose and address the issue. **

It is generally recommended to saddle first before bridling. This is because saddling can sometimes be a more time-consuming and potentially disruptive process for the horse, so it is better to get it done first. Additionally, saddling first allows the horse to become accustomed to the weight and feel of the saddle before adding the bridle, which can help prevent any discomfort or resistance. **
